Instructions
  1. Throw your serranos, halved tomatillos, whole peeled garlic cloves and onion into a dry pan over medium high heat. Cook them and occasionally rotate until they smell amazing and start to char.
  2. Remove the stem from the serranos and the seeds if desired. Dump your pan of charred ingredients into the blender or food processor and pulse until it looks like salsa.
  3. Add your avocado, lime juice, and seasonings and pulse a few more times until uniform. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. If the texture is too thick you can add a little water and pulse again. Hulk salsa should be able to flow when you move the blender but it should not be runny.
