Refried Black Beans
Refried black beans seem a little fancier than your standard refried pinto beans. They make a great side dish to anything hispanic, the perfect tlacoyo filling, can be turned into a great dip and are also a killer torta topping.
Open and drain a can of black beans. Reserve the liquid to for adjust moisture and texture later.
Heat olive oil or garlic in a pan until hot and add minced jalapenos, onions and garlic to the push. Cook until softened and fragrant. Add black beans and start mashinh with a fork. Keep mashing and mixing until y are satisfied. Once they are heated and mashed turn off the heat and use reserved waste to adjust consistency of needed.
These refried g lfrijoles make a great side dish, spread or filling. I developed this simple rector to use as a filling for tlacoyos
