Instructions
Start by quartering and coring a couple large tomatoes. Chop half a yellow or sweet onion into some large chunks. Crush a few(half dozen) cloves of garlic.
Char/roast to your liking
Blend that shit
I use a blendtec, that bitch will blend ANYTHING
Pulse it until chunky and taste.
Add oregano, salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, garlic, etc until you are happy. Juice a lime or two into it until you’re happy with the acidity and pulse a few more times until uniform Mexican salsa consistency is achieved.
